NEED AN URGENT HELP, GUYS!

How can I access Eta's birthday exclusive interaction as supposed to be today? I logged in but didn't find it popping on screen neither on the Eta's list of interactions when I selected her as the homescreen character. If ya guys know something, please lemme know asap
