Is this true?

Hey! I recently pulled Ellen (yay!) and I also have M0R1 Miyabi. I was told by someone that supposedly M0 Miyabi outperforms M6 Ellen because the powercreep is just that bad. Has anyone seen calculations to suggest this?? I'm worried my Ellen is doomed to be a town roamer because I don't have her weapon yet and I don't have any mindscapes. I just have the Marcato Desire on her right now. I'm curious to know how much of a difference in damage I should expect, and I hope it's not as bad as what that person suggested. If anyone has any resources or calculations to share please let me know! (><)
