Ek1 not showing tunes anymore

I have a 22 EN dct and got the fuel pump recall update. I had a sxth tune. Was gon a see if the patch file option would work, however when I click writing ecu and pull up the files it says there's no available files. They are definitely on the sd card and it was fine before but why wouldn't it be showing now?
