What are you favorite settings/rules for dynasty? First time commish

I am running a startup for a bunch of first time dynasty players. I am a dynasty vet but this is the first time I am hosting one as commissioner. I am well versed in most of the mainstream settings/rules. It will be 12 teams, SF, ppr. Debating if I want to do TEP. Max PF for non-playoff teams draft order. 24 hour slow draft. I will be writing up all the rules of the league to explain everything in detail to the participants before we do any drafting.

Anything else you wish you thought of when first starting a league? Looking for any more ideas/suggestions from fellow commissioners.
