Why are the streams of the song “Octavarium” so low?

I know it’s a long song but a stream is counted if the listener has played at least 30 seconds of the song, so that’s not the explanation.

This song is usually considered as “fan favorite”. I’ve talked to many fans, I’ve visited lots of forums, and everyone seems to put this song above every other DT song.

I don’t understand.
