Thoughts on Kick, is it a sustainable platform?

On the heels of this: https://www.sportskeeda.com/us/streamers/news-former-kick-employee-says-company-hostile-working-environment-racial-homophobic-slurs-freely-used-office#:~:text=A%20former%20Kick%20employee%20who,the%20company%20behind%20the%20scenes.

I was curious to know people's opinions in general on Kick's somewhat turbulent rise. I think it will end up as a flash in the pan, streamers will get their bag and get out once it fails. Even twitch struggles to be profitable to run and that's Amazon (another unethical company in many ways but I digress). Since it's linked to Stake, basically crypto gambling, I'm thinking maybe it's being funded with that and that's how they're able to give a 95% cut to creators. But I wonder how long the people who run things will be willing to put up with losing money and countless new controversies
