Is it worth to buy On PC!!!

I am interested to buy it but the reviews for pc version is sooo bad as I have only pc and no console so I want to ask the opinion of the people who played it on pc . I have a laptop of rtx 4060 and i9 so are there still optimization issues??? If yes should I not buy it????
