Help! Rash of some kind

Need help identifying this weird rash or mark on my pug. It’s been there for about 10 days and started very small, maybe the size of a quarter, and has grown larger and larger. He is itching and licking at it constantly and we definitely wanna try to treat it fast since it’s been bothering him so much.
