Nether has to be bugged

So far all I have seen is no healing sources work in the Nether activity besides Knockout (this will put you at full health) I also saw that support frames heal but it is so bad that it does not make a difference.

I feel this is a bug and I hope Bungie addresses this soon. Confirm this is working as intended or it is a bug. Again I feel it is a bug especially with Knockout working at 100% effectiveness and half of our kit is disabled.
