DOGE savings on US debt clock

Hey so i sometimes check out this site, because i think the debt Is one of the things both parties strugle on. They have recently aded this clock that shows DOGEs work, and i just wanted to know, how the f does one get this exact number. Because it looks like they saved 26 mil in the first week which seems kinda nice. Thanks
