Burned out!

I worked so hard to be top in my class and get into dermatology and also a strong intern year and now I’m burned out. I’m on my elective month, starting my derm program july, I’ve tried reading over some dermatology review books but even that is becoming hard. Has anyone experienced this? How did you combat this feeling? Any advice will help
