Getting sick repeatedly in the past months - Copenhagen

Hi guys. Is it just me or is there some kind of an significant increase in the Flu and perhaps Covid-19 cases going around the country, especially in Copenhagen where I am located? I have never in my life been sick so frequently like in the past months, always flu-like symptoms and not able to do much for a week. I try to be super careful when it comes to washing my hands etc, but I still keep getting sick and it is super annoying.
