Advice?

So I think I want to get the dell inspirion 15. I am a MacBook girly through and through so I have no clue. I just need a laptop that can open Microsoft access. For one semester for one class. I’m not sure what this is, but AMD3 makes it $250 which seems like a great deal. What do you think?

Cheaper alternatives are welcome!! (And encouraged lol)
