Helene damage repair

Ready to get torn apart as I don't think this was well constructed BEFORE a tree landed on it.

60ft pine came down during hurricane helene awhile ago and I've replaced the fascia/gutters etc but finally getting around to the decking.

Overall the main support beams and joists seem unbothered and solid. Looking to replace what needs replacing without tearing the whole thing down.

I would appreciate any advice, knowledge, wisdom, or suggested steps moving forward.

It will NOT need to support a hottub!
