Form Fillable Character Sheet

I took the character sheets from the SteamForged site and made it form fillable. The only thing I changed from the original sheet was I added Type to the name line of Spells as there isn't enough room to put the dice AND damage type in the correct area.

Dark Souls the RPG Character Sheet due to it being on Google Drive, you will need to download it to see the form fillable sections.
