What KPIs should I be highlighting on my resume?

I was recently laid off from my position as a CSM with an industry specific SaaS (3 years). Before I had that position, I worked in the industry (10 years) and was a user of the platform I eventually became a CSM for.

Since I haven’t ever had CSM experience before now on my resume I was wondering what the most important KPIs are that potential employers may be looking for.

Also, I know I should be tailoring every resume to the job I’m applying for, but are there any good ways to emphasize my actual CSM experience when I’m applying for a company outside the industry I’m familiar with?
