Account Hacked

Recently my account was hacked and the email was changed to another address without my consent. I received an email in spanish notifying me my accounts email was changed. All of my devices except for my PS4 no longer have access to my account as I cannot log back in due to my password also being changed. I contacted crunchyroll support as well as telling them that I have been a premium member for about 1.5 - 2 years now but I have yet to get any sort of email from their team. I'm supposed to renew my subscription tomorrow but I can't even cancel the premium service without access to my account. I have no idea what to do about it. If anyone can help me out here it would be greatly appreciated.
