How are you tracking the rewards/cashbacks/discounts on Amazon?

I've been trying to track the Cashbacks / Discounts that I get on Amazon, but it's proven to be tricky. What's the best approach to find the Cashback / Discounts I get from the Amazon Pay ICICI Card, and the Amazon UPI?
