SBI Credit Card

Why does this SBI service so pathetic, even for credit cards. I’ve applied for SBI Cashback card as it offers good percentage of cashback. But apart from that, the limit they’ve offered is just 71,000 and on top of that they’re customer service is so bad that they don’t allow us to update any details neither in app nor through mail support, as I tried to pay my bill before statement generation and it is not responsive. Had anyone faced similar issues with their service, kindly suggest some workaround for this please!!
