Has SBI started offering card on split limit

So I got an offer for SBI simplysave FYF so I thought to check , It showed me option to add limit from my existing limit(99k) I know that we can transfer limits between cards by mailing or calling them but this is I am seeing for first time as it didn't showed up when I applied for SBI cashback
