RBL IOCL XTRA Queries

I received my RBL IOCL Xtra card on October 17 and used it for a fuel transaction worth ₹3500. I was expecting to see reward points and a welcome offer, but haven’t noticed any yet. It’s possible I’m looking in the wrong place. The bill was generated on October 22, and it only reflects the card fee and my ₹3500 transaction.

As of yesterday, I still didn’t see any reward points.

Yesterday i did another fuel transaction of ₹3500. Could you let me know where to check for these points? Are they credited after each billing cycle?

Also, suggest to utilise this card effectively.
