Does hdfc gives pre-approved ltf card twice?

Around 1.5 yrs back, hdfc provided me with ltf freedom card, I used it for 1 yr and then closed it, because the limit was insufficient and I was provided upgrade to only Indian oil. I am currently 20 yrs old, a student, and I hold a joint savings account in hdfc (I am the primary holder) . Is there any chance, i could get a better credit card as pre-approved or ltf with a good limit any soon from hdfc like money-back+ or tata neu plus ? Also, I currently hold icici rupay and axis ace cards, and all of my transactions are through these cards, and I only pay the bill through hdfc account.
