Will Costco CC ever move to monthly statement cash back?

I think the Costco Visa card isn’t so bad with the 4-5% on Gas/EV, 3% on dining, 2% Costco purchases. Obviously it’d be better if 2% was raised.

In any case, I could see this card becoming a primary card of mine but I just can’t handle having to wait a year to get my redemption. So many cards are monthly and even some are moving towards 24 hour redemption (Amazon and Apple)

Just wondering if anyone thinks this will happen.
