I think I discovered my new favourite soup
I made a soup with mirepoix as a base, tomato powder, two cans (500gr) of steamed corn, homemade bouillion (mom makes it!) and lots of herbs.
I blitzed it, and the result was this creamy, hearty soup. I added a Kraft single in my portion, and it was this "WHY ISN'T THIS A CHILDHOOD FOOD FOR ME, I AM GETTING NOSTALGIA FOR STUFF I NEVER EXPERIENCED BEFORE" moment for me.
It feels like something that s grandma would make for some reason.
