S33 1000x2? Center city, Philadelphia

Zip code is 19147 in downtown Center city, Philadelphia.

I just asked about this not that long ago on another post and was told the S33 is not on the approved list. But then I see other people over the past 10 months saying that some who have the S33 we're able to achieve next generation speeds, in particular on the uplink.

In my zip code, Comcast finally offered a next generation plan, that's 2000 Mbps down, and 300 Mbps up. I was able to upgrade -- I'm able to achieve 2.5 GB per second on the downstream, but still stuck at 40 Mbps on the up.

Is there a tech who can authorize the S33 so I don't have to upgrade my modem (yet again) this time to the Hitron CODA56?
