Should I get the CT scan? I’m scared of it

I’m scheduled for a CT scan with contrast due to high LPa. I tried it once before and had a panic attack so this is my second try. I’m terrified. First of all I’m claustrophobic and going under that stupid machine scared me and caused me to panic. (I didn’t realize my face would be under the machine) I’m also afraid of the contrast as well. I’m also worried about the findings and what they would do if they found anything. The whole thing gives me major anxiety.

Is it really worth doing? If I do have blockages, what will they do about it?
