I’m shocked!
I’m 30F and got my blood work done. My results are as follows:
LDL - 178 HDL - 57 Triglycerides- 75 Total cholesterol- 258
I’m absolutely shocked at LDL levels. I have PCOS so I eat a very high fiber plant based diet. I don’t eat meat, dairy and occasionally have desserts and alcohol (once in 2-3 months).
I eat lots of veggies, fruits, nuts, chia seeds and take omega 3 supplements as well. I weigh about 52 kgs and work out pretty regularly (strength training 3 times a week and yoga/walking/Pilates on other days).
Hba1c was 4.8 and thyroid levels were well within the range as well
What am I doing wrong here?? PLEASE give me all your suggestions!!
