The path of the shot that probably killed King Von
It entered his left lower back, went through his diaphragm (muscle that kind of seals the upper chest from the lower organs so the lungs can work efficiently), his spleen (organ for filtering blood and clearing up infections), pancreas (organ that produces hormones like insulin, and neutralizes acids and breaks down fat and carbs etc), the small intestines which produce bile and acids to break down food as well as absorb nutrients and water into the blood), right kidney (organ for filtering the blood, balancing chemicals in the blood like sodium, potassium, vitamin d etc and produces hormones) exiting through the pelvic bone at the hip.
It seems he died from bleeding out from this shot and one that hit his thigh combined but he'd almost certainly never have survived just this one shot. Even if surgeons knew in advance a patient was coming in and the exact damage done and were standing waiting to go immediatley they may have been able to stop him dying initially from blood loss but all the areas hit, he'd almost cetainly die of sepsis after it so it was a fatal shot.
The diaphragm puncture alone you'd panic and think you were dying probably, would make it hard to breathe as your lungs wouldn't be working right because theres less pressure in your chest and by struggling to breathe it would quickly become rapid breathing like gasping making it hard for you to speak but it's not that severe in terms of life or death immediatley, if you went to hospital with that as your only injury you'd be fine quickly. The spleen, pancreas, right kidney and small intestine all being cut though its massive trouble and probably fatal either short term or long term, be blood, acids, shit basically and everything leaking everywhere inside which is massively serious and even if the holes in them could be fixed to stop bleeding, thered be infections that would likely be deadly and even if you survived there'd be lasting problems. If he'd have lived he might have needed dialysis for life and possibly been a type 1 diabetic and had to eat a restricted diet and be on several daily medications due to the organs that were hit.
If the other 3 shots hit him but not this, he'd probably realise he's shot just after from the pain but they only hit his ass, thigh and hip, so he'd have been breathing fine and only in a bit of pain. He'd have been able to get up and move around fine.
This shot though would have caused immediate panic from feeling like your chest collapsed and you can't breathe well, the shot going through the lateral back muscle and diaphragm probably felt like pulling/tearing and like someone had stamped on your chest and broke ribs, you'd be wondering if you were shot through the lungs or even heart, then notice the severe pain on your right side from the kidney ruptured and pelvis hit, likely realise you can't move your leg/walk/stand, think are you paralysed, your stomach feels like cramping and warm and burning you probably think theres something badly wrong there whats leaking. Your heart rate and breathing already fast but getting more rapid every few minutes as you lose blood and can't get a good breath, breathing too fast you can't talk now from it and you could be like this for 5 or 10 or 20 minutes fully aware, knowing things are terribly wrong and this is probably it. A really bad way to die, the exact opposite of quick and painless. He probably felt like he was drowning and having a panic attack at the same time, while in severe pain in the chest, abdomen and right side of his body.
