Doesn’t matter how many “right” things the devs do (making it clear the rp is ai, having a fil ter in place, encouraging NON sexual chats, etc etc) money hungry “parents” are still gonna sue cause they want money. Devs, if you’re seeing this, just ban the minors from the app. It’d be the best outcome for your site.
