Moving out and can't figure out what to do about my cat:(

I'm 18, and I plan to move out of home later this year. We have 3 cats, two of which are sisters and one is several years younger. The youngest is my best friend, she means the absolute world to me and she's always been significantly closer with me than my family members, and my mother's always said I would be taking her with me when I move out. We moved a while ago and she took it relatively well but was still quite stressed(as expected from moving)

however the difference is this time it'll just be me moving, she loves the others and I'm sure she'd be fine eventually however when I left for 10 days a while ago she had freaked out, she started lashing out at the other cats and she would sit and wait for me to come back, she even sits against the bathroom door waiting for me. She's significantly clingier than the other two, and my other family members, they love her too but they've never really been able to put up with her, so she wouldn't be getting the type of attention she needs without me.

I don't know whether to take her with me, where she'll be in a new environment and she'd have no idea where the others went, or to leave her and have her not know where I've gone, I wish I could communicate with her in some way so she'd know and understand what was happening because it feels so much worse knowing she'd have no idea, I'm so scared about leaving her, but I'm also scared of taking her with me and I want to do what's best for her.

Any advice would be more than appreciated, I'm so worried about her and can't handle this decision on my own.
