How do you celebrate your birthday?

My birthday is coming up and well, I don't have any plans. I barely have friends. So I was just wondering, if you do celebrate, how do you celebrate your birthday? What's the one ritual you always do?

I always sing myself happy birthday with at least a cupcake, something small, just for me; even if that's all I get.
