This is the Aspirants Relations and Branding Committee of TISS HRM and LR, and we are super excited to bring this one of a kind Ask Me Anything on this amazing subreddit!
We will be discussing, answering queries and a lot, lot more from all the budding aspirants vying to get into HRM and LR TISS Mumbai, which boasts of a rich legacy, a unique pedagogy and a new take at management education in India- all under the same roof.

- The the minimum sectional %ile cutoffs are:
- For General/KM/AF/EWS: 60%ile/60%ile/60%ile with 70%ile overall
- For NC-OBC: 54%ile/54%ile/54%ile with 63%ile overall
- For SC/ST: 45%ile/45%ile/45%ile and 55%ile overall
- On Profile Reviews: We usually do NOT do profile reviews. However, since this is the first time we are taking CAT, we may tell you to fill the form if you are sure of clearing the sectional cutoffs and reasonably sure to make it through to the next round. We were in your shoes, and the entire system of competitive exams is very unpredictable, so we recommend taking a chance whenever you can! We will also be taking up profile review questions a little lower on priority, so as to not be flooded with them.
