Do more men want relationships than women on Bumblr?

Ive heard everyone say the ratio of men to women on Bumble and other dating apps is skewed like 100 to 1, or worse. Why is that? Doesn't that mean there's more men who want relationships? But I read some articles and opinion polls that say young men and women want relationships at nearly even levels. How does that even make sense?
