Affordable good class D amplifier?

Hello all,

I'm looking for a good and affordable class D amplifier with the following capabilities. I might also consider multiple devices (such as a separate pre-amplifier and power amplifier) to achieve my goals.

• 2.0 or 2.1 channel stereo
• Toslink input (for tv, dvd)
• Remote control for volume (app or hardware)
• Balance control (my right ear is somewhat impaired)
• 3x RCA stereo input (network player, cd player, cassette tape).

Does such a combination exist at all? My old Harman Kardon amplifier doesn't dound too well anymore.
