Very dry dough, what am I doing wrong?
This is my third attempt at bread since getting a Kitchenaid mixer for Christmas. Every single time, the dough hasn’t been anywhere near sticky. This one isn’t even moist! This time I’m even using the “old reliable” recipe for kitchenaid mixers. I’m using active dry yeast, and following the recipe to the T. What in the world am I doing so wrong?
