4yo male border collie very territorial

Hey there! My border collie is becoming more and more territorial - we live in an apartment (always have) and he barks like crazy whenever someone dares to walk by our door but I'm concerned bc he's lunged towards a child and gets insanely mad if anyone walks by him in the hallways.
Any tips on how I can fix that?
