Where to download inpa or similar?

Hi guys, I can’t seem to to sort the Christmas tree esque lights I have on the dash on my e90.

Can anyone recommend where I can get Inpa for free?

My dad has a laptop etc with other programmes etc, so I’m guessing I can download to that?
