What other unhealthy coping mechanisms do you have due to BED/ED that isn’t eating/restricting/etc?

One of mine is I get obsessive about wanting to consume a lot of content that is Ed related, like watch YouTubers or TikToks of people who also struggle with BED and it’s not always helpful for me. Was wondering if others have also developed coping mechanisms that are influenced by their ed that isn’t binging, restricting or anything else that’s not directly related to food.
