TDS Broadband Label Misleading for Typical Upload Speed
After talking with multiple reps and supervisors, they refuse to change my upload speed to their stated 31Mbps in the Broadband Label (required by FCC) that THEY provided under my account.
As you can see above, the "unique_pan_id" of our service is F0022516330000000000107853 (just above the click here to download at the bottom), which you can search for in the spreadsheet below, and it clearly states 31Mbps:

This is just a case of I want them to give me what THEY state I should be getting from within their customer service portal. I'm aware many of their marketing/advertised speeds state 20Mbps upload, I am simply going off the data in their portal, as well as the https://broadbandlabels.prod.apigw.tds.net/broadband_labels/download/ site, again which they have provided. I'd like to urge providers like TDS to A) provide the service you state we are to be getting B) have TDS and other providers acknowledge that 20Mbps in 2025 is a dismal upload at best.
To see your broadband label, login to your account, manage account, look for broadband labels, the link will be there. If you have a bundled service it may not be there, they are only required to provide a broadband label for stand alone internet as far as I'm aware. If we get a few people to file FCC complaints and call TDS they'll either change our upload speeds (doubtful) or correct their documentation (more likely). At the very least, they should offer us a credit for misrepresenting the service to their customers.
Edit: After multiple more escalations after I posted this, I was offered a credit for this, YMMV, it pays to be persistent, the change in service speed is still TBD.
