Financial Aid/Bursar's Hold

Het guy's so I'm waiting for an income adjustment/torecieve aid however, sinc eI haven't paid for this semester I have a Bursar's Hold- I haven't paid because I'm waiting on aid. Should I pay it off anyway right now/will that affect me recieving my aid/getting reimbursed? I'm trying to sign up for classes but ofcourse the hold is getting in the way
