Cox the Saddler - stuck on despatched

Hi all,

Wondering if anyone else has any experience with how long it takes to get out of the despatched phase from Cox the Saddler. Been tracking my jacket through the royal mail website and its been on the first phase of "We're expecting it" since early last week. Is this a normal timeline?
