Found love for 3D printing again
I had a Creality Ender 3 first gen and at the time it was a solid printer. Bed leveling was an art and you just accepted that a job might fail, often more times then not. Printing started to feel like a chore then something fun. Fast forward to black Friday '24 and me deciding to check out what is new in printe after thinking about my next D&D campaign and how I can improve it. Ended up deciding to pick up an A1 mini combo since most of what I, at the time, thought I'd print was minis and small objects. Well let's just say that didn't last and next thing you know I'm looking at some big buildings to print. Granted it's a modular system so I be printing a bunch of pieces and putting them together. The A1 mini has handled the task like a champ and has been a lot of fun to use. After playing with a friend's P1S I realized quickly how much time it would save me on this huge 20+ hr jobs and now my mini has a friend. That P1S is a tank and just takes whatever I throw at it without complaining. Down side is now I have A LOT to paint.
