Astarion kiss broken after hotfix 19

UGH again the kiss is broken with astarion after hotfix 19 for me. I get all the dialogue but it just skips the kiss entirely. These are the mods I have downloaded. Does anyone know what the issue is or how to fix it or when it might be fixed? It broke during patch 4 too but has been working fine since until this hotfix
