Rare choices and storyline ideas

Hello, all.

I always find myself wanting to go back to this game. However, when I actually start, I find myself getting bored because I end up making all the same choices.. out of habit, I suppose.

I've done 4 full playthroughts. Blind (romanced Gale), Redemption Durge (Astarion), playthrough with my husband (Shadowheart), and a very conservative Honor Mode run ONLY doing stuff I knew I would succeed at (Wyll).

I DO want to do an evil embrace Durge run. That's an easy different thing to do.

But what other choices can I make? Interesting storylines, roleplaying, or decisions I can make. I'm open to any and everything! Also, want to try and romance everyone at some point.

Or, just tell me your most unique and fun playthroughs and the rare choices you made.
