Similar symptoms?

I (20F) was diagnosed in March with Sick Sinus Syndrome (heart condition that encompasses low heart rate, pauses, and rate drop) and vasovagal syncope after fifteen years of intermittent testing and changing doctors. My PCP, Electrophysiologist, and cardiologist all recommended seeing a rheumatologist for my symptoms (cardiac conditions, migraines, joint pain, stiffness, mouth sores, bone pain, chronic fatigue, brain fog, reynaud's type symptoms in hands and feet, general constant pain, etc.) My rheumatologist told me I was fine and sent me to a physical therapist who also was suspicious of an autoimmune condition.

Suggestions on where to go from here? Does anyone have similar symptoms? Advice?
