Sent $240 to a scammer

I was buying an item from eBay and I got to excited to buy an item at such a low price. I wanted that item for my office purpose. I paid the user 240$ and he contacted each other through our email. He asked me to pay through his Commbank pay ID and gave me all the necessary details. Now I am trying to contact Commbank but I am not able to get through any messages or calls. What should I do in this situation to really get the money back. Really need that back 🥲🥲😭😭
