Switched from whoop. Very low recovery

Hi all,

Last months I used my whoop and I also configure whoop as my hrv tracker. But I want to stop paying for whoop and I think Apple Watch should be perfectly capable.

But since I switched my recovery is enormous low.

Is there anything I can do to solve. I can imagine I have a 29% recovery with 9hrs of sleep.
