Why there aren't that many arabs in Greece comparing to other southern european countries?

Millions of arabs live in Spain and Italy for example. However in Greece there has never been any serious arab immigrant minority despite Greece being so close to MENA. Not even christian arabs. What do you think is the reason behind this?
