Is it too late to ask out my crush?

I’m feeling stuck. I met this girl at my work gym and I’ve developed a crush on her. We met over a year ago and see each other two to three times a week.

I finally acknowledged that I have a crush last November. My feelings for her are sincere and we’ve connected on deep levels. She asked me to join her and her coworkers last week for pickle ball and I said yes. Unfortunately everyone bailed. I took this as her looking to spend time with me.

The other day I asked her what she did this past weekend when she told me she went to a game with “a guy she’s seeing”. I felt hurt then and I still do.

My question is: should I ask her out even though she’s not official with this guy? Or maybe be chill about it and say “dang, I would have asked you out but I didn’t know you were seeing someone”?
