Bright red blood in stool. Terrified I have GI bleeding

Age: 36

Sex: MtF

Symptoms: Upper stomach fullness everyday since 2/7. I'm ok for about 10 minutes after I wake up but it quickly fills my stomach and I feel like I have gas. No change in appetite. I will also have random pains in my abdominal region throughout the day. Sometimes it will be in the upper left quadrant, other times it will be in my right flank radiating around back of my spine. This often happens after passing stool.

My GP had me get blood work and X-ray on 2/10. Everything is normal except my WBC, Neutrophils, CRP, and ESR. WBC is 12.4, Neutrophils are 8.3, ESR is 54mm/hr, and CRP was 2.20 mg/dL. X-rays shows nonobstructed bowel gas pattern. GP dismissed my concerns as viral infection or possible IBS.

I've been having regular bowel movements but today I was showering and it felt like someone ripped into my lower stomach, from my lower right quadrant to my lower left quadrant. I felt the urge to use the bathroom and quickly use the toilet. However, when I looked at my stool (I have health anxiety so I always look before flushing) and I found a spot of blood in my stool. I thought perhaps it was something I ate and quickly had three more bowel movements, with the next two being normal and the last one having bright red blood in one spot. Afterwards I no longer had the lower abdominal pain but now I have a dull ache in my upper right quadrant.

I am absolutely terrified that it's internal bleeding or something. I have an appointment with a gastroenterologist on 2/20 and I'm terrified I won't last long enough to make it.

Here are the four pictures of my four bowel movements, from first to last:

Update: Thank you everyone that gave their insight to this matter and especially those that explained the reasoning behind their decision so I can be better informed in the future
